Gentle Dental Natick

I recently visited Gentle Dental of Natick, MA, as a new patient. I initially spoke with Lilly on the phone who was very helpful and put my mind at ease as I had not been seen by a dentist in a long while. The office was very professional, neat and clean, and the staff was friendly. I saw Dr. Fitzgerald and was very happy with the treatment I received. The office manager, Lilly, assisted me with my insurance issues she was very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend this office to anyone!!

I have been going to Gental Dental for a number of years now and cannot say enough about this office. The staff makes you feel right at home. They are very friendly and caring. The doctors are up to date in all areas.I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.. Try them you'll like them.

I started going to this dental office 7 years ago when I had an emergency and my prior dentist was not available. Dr. Fitzgerald was FANTASTIC! They accommodated my schedule, far exceeded my expectations and made what used to be a painful process much less painful! Now I've switched from dreading and putting off just 'emergency dental care' to actually scheduling regular cleanings and appointments. They've made a patient for life, I strongly recommend them!

I have been going to this office for 5 years and have always loved it. I missed my last cleaning appointment so it had been a year since my last appointment. When I went in the office there was a new front desk lady that I haven't met before. Her name was lily and she was so rude to me. She said "your name?" with an attitude. She acted like I wasn't important and wasn't even worth her time. Then when I was leaving there was two receptionists at the desk lily and another blond girl. The blond girl was talking to another patient and lily was sitting there chatting in Spanish to another receptionist. She completely ignored me. Finally my hygienist asked her to help me and she was completely aggravated and said I'm not here. I'm about to leave so I would have to wait for the other girl. After another few minutes the hygienist handed lily the envelope and said "I did cleaning can you check her out." Lily was so aggravated and said "I have so much crap to do". I'm so happy that my hygienist stuck up for me so I wouldn't be there until 10:00 at night. That lady was so rude and didn't want to do anything but socialize with someone. I'm so pissed I won't be going back. I strongly suggest not to go to this office unless you want someone to treat you like they are better!!!

Dr. Fitzgerald is the best... He is very gentle and very talented artistically speaking.One of my partners sees him and referred me to him for my dental work. The office is busy, but everyone is friendly and the evening and Saturday hours are great because I have a busy schedule. They have all the specialists at the same location and lots of parking. Eating at Joan and Eds and shopping at the Christmas Tree Shop adds to the experience at Gentle Dental in Natick.
